    Patrick Giles has over 35 years of experience in international corporate law and dispute resolution. He has specialized in advising investors and shareholders on the commencement, monitoring and cessation of corporate activity in Europe, the United Kingdom, USA and the Middle East, through events such as acquisition, merger, joint venture, distribution, reorganization, franchising, sale and liquidation. Mr. Giles has served on the board of directors of a number of companies in the United Kingdom, Europe and United States. Patrick Giles is Chairman of Rawlings Giles.

    Bruno Van Haelst

    Bruno Van Haelst is mostly active in commercial and corporate law. He specializes in real estate structuring and advisory, construction law, as well as commercial- and corporate litigation. He has been involved in the restructuring of companies and gives assistance and advisory services in mergers & acquisitions. His clients are national and multinational companies, building contractors and investors, equity funds and individual investors.

    Dieter Van Tendeloo

    Dieter Van Tendeloo obtained his Master’s degree in law cum laude at the University of Leuven (KULeuven, Leuven, Belgium).

    Having joined the firm in 2004, Dieter’s areas of practice include commercial, corporate and construction law.  He assists clients with legal advice in these matters and acts as a litigator before the Belgian courts and other bodies of dispute resolution.

    Dieter Van Tendeloo is a member of the Brussels and Leuven Bar.

    Dieter Van Tendeloo is fluent in Dutch, French, English and has a fair knowledge of German.

  • Laurent Chevalier

    Laurent Chevalier received his Law Degree from the University of Louvain (UCL, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium) in 2004 (Magna Cum Laude), and then went on to gain further degrees in Business Law (Universit̩ Paris I Panth̩on РSorbonne, France) and in Economic Law (UCL, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium).

    He started to practice as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar in 2005.

    Laurent Chevalier Specialized in Corporate, Contract and Commercial law.  He regularly assists Belgian and foreign companies in the launching and restructuring of projects. He advises clients in their transactions and defends them in case of litigation.

    Laurent Chevalier is fluent in French and English.

  • David Giles

    David Giles received his BA from Oxford University, his MA from King's College London, and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

    He was formerly employed in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. He has wide experience in both transactional and dispute resolution matters.

    He is a member of the New York Bar and an English solicitor.
